Delving into simplicity

A two-story vacation house is being renovated in Palaia Fokaia, in order to be used as a small boutique, bed and breakfast, hotel.

The design of the inside and outdoor spaces, aims in activating all five senses of each user and initiate or strengthen the connection with the land, the sea and the sun.

The curved design of the greenery, pool, sitting areas, outdoor kitchen and dining area, integrate the spatial experience in a wavy path whose core is the water element and the rock serves as the backround.

The curve’s natural substance, highlights the simplicity of the form, which is brought to life through its contact with light and nature, radiating harmony and serenity.
