GLYKA NERA | 2017
This under study family house is designed for the needs of a young couple and its two small children. It develops in three floors on a very steep lot facing east. A dialectics is developed between the extrovert nature of the ground floor level hosting the living quarters and the introvert nature of the over ground level hosting the sleeping quarters. Transparency and opacity, glass façade and plastered walls are respectively characteristics bestowed to each nature which composes the prism of the residence.
