Residential

The building premises occupy a surface of 270 m2. The residence is part of a complex with two houses. In the ground floor living room and kitchen unfold in an open plan. In the first floor and the attic bedrooms and bathrooms of the family are situated.
Synthesis is based on the sculpture of the cube. The volume is carved and depth is bestowed. In the south façade the fireplace and its chimney are projected extrovertly assuming that a house is first of all a machine in the principles of Le Corbusier. The bent roof is part of the hole. At the interior the staircase works in a twofold manner, a functional element and a sculpture too.
